Refund Policy.

Bytio Limited Cookie Policy

Bytio Limited strives to deliver consistent and high quality service. This Refund Policy alongside the Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement constitutes an entire agreement between Bytio Limited ("We" or "Us") and you (the "Customer", "You", or  "Your").

Please read this document carefully before you start using the Service and System (as described in the Terms of Use and Service Level Agreement) as it will dictate the process of dispute resolution and refund questions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of Your access to the Services and/or use of the System shall be resolved subject to Dispute Resolution Procedure set out as follows:

  • Any dispute arising out of the use of the System shall be notified to the Bytio Support team by emailing: hello@bytio.com.
  • Please be aware that for security reasons we log support conversations.
Refundable and Non-Refundable Events.
Refundable Events
  • A double unintentional payment has been made to Top-Up your account balance and those funds have not yet been spent on any services.
  • The services provided are inconsistent with the Service Level Agreement.
  • Refunds can only be made to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Events
  • Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.
  • The Customer provided incomplete or inconsistent data during the registration procedure.
  • The Customer has made a payment using cryptocurrencies (irrespective of cryptocurrency type).
  • The Customer Account blocked or suspended as a result of illegal activities by the Customer.
  • Breach of Customer obligations on acceptable use of the System or the Service (as defined in Terms of Use).
  • The Customer has started to transfer and/or receive data through the System subject to Customers purchase of a Top Up or subscription to a Monthly Plan through dashboard in the System or via the API.
  • The Customer payment was made more than 3 days ago.
  • The quality of Services provided matches the conditions stipulated in Service Level Agreement.
  • Balancing Charges are not refundable. If the minimum monthly spend of a Monthly Plan is not met then the resultant Balancing Charge will not be refunded to the Customer.
  • Connection quality and connection speed are limited by third-party Internet Service Providers capacities and are out of the scope of Bytio Limited's control. Bytio does not guarantee any quality measurements for internet connection quality provided by the third-party Internet Service Providers and You hereby agree that any concern related to the connection speed parameters is a Non-Refundable Event.
  • It is agreed that any incompatibility or perceived incompatibility between the System and any third-party and/or proprietary software used by the Customer to access the System does not give rise to a Refundable Event. We encourage you to test the System via the Free Trial to assess suitability for your use-case.
  • We do not provide any guarantee of third-party website availability or accessibility when accessed via the System. We do not guarantee that any given third party website will be accessible through the System and will not be blocked. The accessibility of any third party website, when accessed via the System, is not guaranteed and no refunds wil be issued in the case of any third party website being inaccessible via the System.
